- Email communication — messages you send to Info@tenderconsultant.eu.
We do not collect payment data through this website and we do not use invasive tracking.
3. Why we process it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule consultations.
- To send tender updates and upcoming project alerts you subscribed to.
- To provide tender preparation services you engage us for.
4. Legal basis
We process form data on the basis of your consent and, where you engage our services, for the performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
5. Cookies
This website uses only functional storage: your language choice, your cookie decision, and form states. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while we correspond with you. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Tender outcomes depend on company eligibility, pricing, submitted documents, competition, and the contracting authority’s evaluation. Final submission responsibility remains with the bidding company.
